Did you fall in love with this magnificent island? If you've experienced the Curacao way of life, chances are, you're smitten. Just like me.
There's no cure. More of Curacao is the cure!
During my visits to Curacao, I've met people in their mid-twenties, determined to say farewell to Europe. Why? Curacao gave them that 'true sense of belonging', that's why. I've also encountered several retirees; some of them owned a condo on Curacao, wishing they'd discovered this island at an earlier stage in their lives.
Curacao makes a difference. It's mystical, quiet difficult to put a finger on. It's everything combined from its pristine beaches to its genuine simplistic 'always happy' inhabitants. If you've been there you know what I'm talking about, so spread the Curacao love. Share your travel story. Tell us about your favorite beaches, romantic spots and all those reasons why you've fallen helplessly in love with Curacao and THE WAY OF LIFE.
A Curacao-Visitor says “This is definitely a wonderful destination to pay a visit to! Hospitable; with a perfect Caribbean weather. Curacao (pronounced as cure-a-sow) offered me a very warm welcome on my visit. Pleasant residents, fantastic local weather, crystal-clear sea water, some of the world’s most amazing SCUBA diving spots with a Dutch architecture, a unique floating market, the world’s longest floating bridge called Queen Emma bridge and the several potentialities for trips and amusement truly make Curacao a place that ought to be on your Caribbean wish list.
I have been there just two days, so I did not have time to do all of the potential available activities such as tanning on the beach on one of the 38 sandy beaches and inlets or climbing Mount Christoffel or exploring the Hato Caves or even taking a sunset drink at the St Anna bay”.
